鬼脸石佛在街头之上各显神通，为抓获鬼脸不顾一切的探长肥唐也加入了乱斗，一干人等将上海滩搅的鸡犬不宁。最终石佛以一块钱的差距险胜，而鬼脸也收获到一名助手——偷盗技巧高超的女孩儿饺子（熊乃瑾饰）。 小偷、老千、混混、黑社会……为了黄金凑在一起的几人设计取得日军的押送计划，据此，石佛想出一招瞒天过海的妙计。 各怀鬼胎的几个人向着西部进发，却阴差阳错的遇到种种变故：刚刚到达西部小镇，脚跟还没站稳就差点让王大帅崩了枪子；好不容易死里逃生，偏偏又遇到了马匪金三娘（翁虹饰），而这金三娘又一根筋的看上了石佛，非要以身相许；暗地里，小镇上的一群刁民也盯着这群外来客，伺机下手；被免职的肥唐（郭爽饰）千里迢迢的追到小镇，定要将鬼脸绳之以法……当然，最令人生疑的是，鬼脸和石佛似乎并不只是为了那黄金而来……

一般银行和担保公司都很熟，很多业务流程我们都不了解。
去银行做首付款（和其他定金）的资金监管。（汇入银行二手楼资金监管帐号）
将汇款凭证交付银行，拿到盖章的监管协议书，
银行此时会帮你申请贷款。
贷款申请下来之后，贷款经理会告诉你，什么时候去签署贷款协议。
接下来就是漫长的等到，等待银行放款。
